The degree of my involvement in planning your wedding is
decided entirely by you and your fiancée. I can either be involved in all
planning and
running the wedding to simply being present on the day of the wedding to ensure
that everything goes smoothly. I can assist in any or all of the following components: The pre-planning process includes helping you locate vendors, locations, and accommodations, set a budget and design the perfect ceremony and reception. If you wish, I can make purchases for you and locate vendors. As part of the pre-planning, I work with each vendor to prepare them, negotiate prices, and iron out details. The hours spent the day before the wedding are most often used to finalize seating plans, iron out details, ensure that out of town guests are taken care of and attend the rehearsal dinner. On the day of the
wedding I can supervise the crew who sets up your reception hall or be there to
advise your friends and family if they are the ones doing the set-up. I
can let them know where to buy the ice for the bar, how to get to the nearest
pharmacy or when they need to leave to make it to the church on time! I facilitate the ceremony and reception ensuring that
everyone, including your caterer, florist, band, and bartenders, arrives on time
and knows where they are going. Most importantly, I work to make sure that
