I have found that the most efficient form of billing is hourly. I keep detailed records of how each fraction
of an hour is spent and these records are available to you at any time. I
also include a summary in my billing. Time An average wedding takes a total of 22 hours, this includes 7.5 hours of pre-planning, 3.5 hours of rehearsal and set-up the day before the wedding, 10 hours the day of the wedding and one hour of clean-up the day after the wedding. Some weddings have taken many more hours and some fewer hours.
