Management of a building project
is in itself an art learned through years of experience. An  understanding of local levels of government
and area zoning and permit requirements
is foremost in the process. 

Through my years of experience as a General Contractor on Salt Spring Island I have developed excellent relationships with many of the people involved in the building industry.
